I’m unable to delete my account because I am currently the last billing administrator on a free plan. Since the system requires at least one billing admin to remain assigned, I cannot remove my account under these conditions. However, I should not be required to keep an account open that I do not intend to use.
Could you please explain what steps I need to take in order to permanently delete my account? I do not want to keep an unused account active.
Hello @Sandra García Caamaño
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
I see your post has a "loom" tag on it, but you have posted in the Jira Questions forum. Do you have a Jira subscription, or does this concern your Loom subscription?
If your question is specific to Loom, let us know and I can move your question to that forum.you may want to post in the Loom Questions forum.

What follows is relevant to Jira subscriptions.
You will need to first cancel your product subscriptions. While you are currently on a Free subscription and should not actually be billed, you have to proactively cancel the subscription to (eventually) no longer be the billing contact for the subscription.
Refer to:
https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-a-subscription/
After requesting the cancellation it can take some time for the cancellation to be processed and the subscription to be deactivated.
Atlassian then holds the data for a period of time in case you change your mind and want to reactivate the subscription. If you don't reactivate the subscription then the data is permanently deleted.
There are links in the above documentation to additional information on those topics.
After the subscriptions are deactivated and the data deleted, you can then delete the Organization under which those subscriptions existed, and delete your Atlassian Cloud login account.
