Cycle Time by story points

Hi everyone!

Does anyone know of a way to get the cycle time for completed issues based on their size? Like a Control chart but with the added ability to be able to filter by issue size. Then, I could start estimating/predicting how long it takes the team to complete a 3 point user story vs an 8-point one. And if I can get a measure of the standard deviation based on size, I can then start adding a degree of certainty to my estimate (e.g. 80% of the 5pt user stories are completed in 7 days).

Does anyone know of an app in the marketplace that could give me that?

I was looking for exactly that - especially the standard deviation of lead/cycle time based on the estimate. I'd like to demonstrate to the team that larger stories are less predictable and more risky.
