Customize view preview of activities for a issue

Hello!

We struggle with getting a better preview on the comments history of an issue.

We are searching for a solution so all activites of a issue are minimized to single heading lines per default - right now all details are visible - the list on the bottom is quite long and confusing.

Furthermore we want to customize the information of this heading line.

Are there any solutions / hints how to get a good solution?
