Customize the workflow

Hi,

I created a project named "RDx Prod CTS Transport Requests" in Jira,I want to refine and customize the workflow with JIRA administrator authorization,but I tried,I am not.Would you tell me how do I update the workflow?Thanks.

Per your url,I don't have the authorization to have the function you listed under system tab.
Such as:
• Choose  System. 
• Select Global Permissions to open the Global Permissions page, which lists Jira's global permissions.---->when I click system,I only see "JIRA ADMINISTRATION" and "Project",and "JIRA ADMINISTRATION"can't be selected.
Would you tell me how can I get the administration access or who can help us to create our own workflows.

You need to get an existing administrator (or user administrator if your directory is external) to add you to the administrator group.

Thanks,but I don't know who or where I find the administrtor to add me?

We can't help you with that - it's a system we know less about than you do!

Best I can do is suggest you ask colleagues, team members, and the person who added you to the system or requested your access.
