Is it possible to Customize Issue Screen.

I want to Separate Jira Default Fields with Custom Fields. As a Layout.

Issue Type, resolution, Status, Description must be on the Top.

And all the custom fields must be on Bottom of the page.

 

Thankful for any useful answer.

That's roughly how the issue view is set out already.  It's not possible to change it without hacking the core code in Jira that does the screen rendering.
