Customize the Issue Key

I'd like to be able to customize the issue key for each issue. Let's say my project key is ABC. If I'm importing a csv file with task ID's of 100, 150, 200, I'd like them to create issues with keys ABC - 100, ABC - 150, ABC - 200.

Is this possible?
