Customization in dashboard contents

Dear Team,

I am a user of JIRA Software in a bank situated in Pakistan. We are using JIRA Software for SWIFT messages (type +99) tracking. There are three fields available in MT+99 from which two reference fields are designed to upload in JIRA. Third is the text/narrative field which is not available in our current setup.

I want to ask if the dashboard can be customized by adding/populating text/narrative field in JIRA so we can be able to check the contents of the message in order to save the time by viewing it in one screen.

Your reply will enable me to check the possibility with local IT team to customize the dashboard accordingly.

The "filter results" gadget allows you to choose almost any field for display in the gadget when it's shown on the dashboard.
