Our organisation communicates with customers both through a JIRA project with a service desk and through a group email inbox. We have an integration set up which takes emails in the inbox and uploads them as comments on the service desk tickets, via the Jira Email This Issue plugin.
We would like to be able to have a label in the top right corner of the comment, indicating that it comes from email, as with the "Reporter" and "Internal" labels in the screenshot below:
Inspecting the source, it looks like this part of the comment is marked up as "sd-comment-secondary-details".
Question: Are these configurable, and if so how?
I haven't been able to find any documentation about this or references to it in the admin pages.
