Dear Jira,
We have a customer which have 500+ users, now the management team of the customer wants to see each support ticket which will be created by users of their company.
This means I have to manual put 500 mail adresses into their team, so they can see each ticket which users are creating when they have problems. Of course this will take to much time and is unnecessary work.
Does Jira have the ability through some plugin to allow us to put a rule like everyone with @contoso.com add to the contoso customer team?

There is this addon that may achieve your goal. I have no personal experience- group-auto-assigner-for-jira
