Customer request us to move the project to there intranet server including all the attachments

Hi,

We need to migrate the project from cloud to intranet Agile project including attachments and other files.

If you can explain migration steps so that we can perform migration smoothly

You will need to

• duplicate the project setup in the target system
• export the source system to a backup and download it
• import that into a temporary empty, latest version of JIRA
• use the xml backup from that to export again
• use project import in the target system to pull the issues and attachments in
