Does anyone know how I can disable those emails from appearing in our JIRA software projects?
Is your Jira project connected with the Jira service management project - is the filter for the board using two projects? If yes, your jira service management needs to be checked, more specifically Customer permissions option in your project settings in JSM. When you click on Customer permissions, you would see something like update the customer access settings. That will lead you to another page, where you need to look for
Is the option Customers can access and send requests from the portal without logging in?
This will also allow customers to share the request with the email addresses.

The filter for the board is just in one project.
The option you mention is not selected although we do allow customer to create accounts in case they lose access to the internal email.
