Custom required fields don't include red-asterisk next to field indicating they're required.

So in this screen (see attached screenshot)  the department, vendor and amount fields are all required. I made them required as a validator function in the workflow create issue settings.  I confirmed it's working as intended as it won't allow me to save the issue without filling in those fields.

However, it's a bit of an annoyance that the fields don't include the red-asterisk or any type of indicator to tell the user it's a required field before attempting to save.

Is this something I can fix?

By what mechanism are you checking the fields in your validator? JMWE's "field required" validator (at least the Server version) displays the red asterisk on fields for which it checks.

Hi Michael! Can't you use the field configuration scheme to set these fields required? For the creation, showing the asterisk, I believe it's the better way...

For all transition screens that I use with field validator, the red asterisk doesn't really show up.
