Hi everyone,

I have custom issue type - GFX. I would like to create plan with these GFX, but I cannot manage one problem - Portfolio is planning one issue for several users at one time. This is not how we work. Setting max assignee for one story to one doesn't work.

I don't want to change all my workflow because of it. We are not working on stories, just on tasks or custom issue types.

Can anyone help me with this? Or at least confirm that there is no way to resolve it.

Cheers,

Alex

Hello Aleksandra,

First thing I believe would help you out, but unfortunatly is not available at this time is the following feature request to add in a per issue type max assignee value that would allow for the GFX issue type to be set as a single assignee where other issue types could be set at higher levels, make sure to add your vote to help us track interest for prioritization efforts:

So currently since the feature is not available to distinguish between the issue types,  you would need to manually assign the issues to the desired assignee to set a single assignee for the work item.  You can either set this from the field in the scope view of Portfolio and commit the change back to jira, or set the value in the Issue Jira side and set the assignee import level to story in the portfolio settings to pull in the assignee in on a calculate operation.

Regards,
Earl
