Custom field user picker (single choice) - different behavious in create and edit screen

Hi,

since yesterday I have following problem (before that day it worked without problems):

• edit screen: user picker works as expected; only users of the two mentioned user groups can be picked
• create screen: users of all groups can be picked

Found the source of irritation.

In create screen all users are shown, but cannot be selected

In edit screen only filtered users are shown; all others cannot even be seen
