Custom field deleted but message to webhook still sent even though condition shouldn't allow it

Hello,
We've got a custom field called Internal Communication Message that we want to show up in a Slack channel only when it is filled. It works properly most of the times. But if we set up a message in the custom field and finally decide to delete it, the message will still be sent (field shows the "None" placeholder).
