Custom field & "La recherche a échoué. Essayez de recharger le ticket"

Hi, 

I'm trying to manage a screen in a classic project (company managed). In my screen I use a custom field "Request participant". This field is also used in another project so in another screen. In the other project the data are loaded (jira users), but not in mine.

Any advice ?

Now, I need to sync the request participant field to my new custom field. The Request participant field is not available when I want to configure an automated action... My situation is still blocked.

Ok, a good workaround in my case was to modify the used workflow. I have had to substitute the field "request participant" previously used as a mandatory field in a transition check, by my new custom filed. 

Thus, in my automation, I am able to sync the field value whatever the type of project.

Hi @Gaston Him ,

This is due to the fact that the "Request Participants" field is specific to Jira Service Management Projects, which is why it doesn't display properly in your Jira software Project.

To get around this issue, you could simply create a new custom field of the type user select (or user multi select depending on your need).
