Custom custom field value

Hello I'm trying to set different color based on custome fields values

I tried using the Lozenges but it is not working for my instace

Can somebody help me with that?

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately, out of the box, you cannot apply coloring to custom field's option dropdowns.  You will need to search for possible third party add-ons that provide you with that level of customization needs via Atlassian Marketplace.
