Custom Status update for Jira webhook to Microsoft Teams

Hi all, I have an issue with Jira Webhook for Teams. It doesn't show correct status of issue. It shows only To do --> In Progress --> Done, but I have several more statuses. For example, after Done I have Published, but when I change status to Published it just shows me in Teams that there are changes made to the card and shows old status Done. How can I fix this? At the same time, Slack connector is working with no issues and shows correct custom statuses.

In my system we don't have anything specific set up to support jira webhooks sending info to MS Teams. Do you have something extra configured in your environment? What is the URL that the webhook uses?

@Trudy Claspill nothing special, just URL provided in Teams by Jira Server connector configuration settings. https://connectors.msteams-atlassian.com/JiraServer/tokens-that-I-can't-share. As I mentioned previously it's working, but doesn't show custom statuses in Teams chat only To Do --> In Progress --> Done and that's it.

Maybe it is showing the Status Category for the Status, rather than the Status value itself. Have you checked with the vendor that created the connector?
