Custom Labels now showing default Labels in drop down.

I have been happily using a labels and custom labels (Stakeholder/Contact), today the custom labels (Stakeholder/Contact) is showing the default 'Labels' drop down options. When I go into the config as per below everything is correct, it is just in the issue itself that there is a problem, looks like an indexing thing but can no longer manage admin that in cloud.

Reading the details you provided, I believe that it might be related to a bug, but I would like you to read the details to make sure that it's related:

• Created/existing labels are not showing up in the list of available labels, users would get an option to create a new label everytime searching for an existing label

If that's not the case, can you please let us know the steps you are following? With that, we can test here to check if it's a new bug.
