Custom Filter Button Leads To 404 Error

I am unable to go to the 'Manage custom filters' page going from the backlog page of my team-managed software project. I am the admin for this project. I have a number of custom fields in my stories, so my team needs to be able to filter based on those. Any help would be appreciated.

I am seeing the same behavior as you.

From the board view I can go to Manage Custom Filters, but not from the Backlog view.

The documentation definitely says you should be able to manage custom filters from the backlog screen.

I recommend that you report this to your Jira Administrators and ask them to raise a support request directly with Atlassian at
