Custom Fields for Jira Cloud

I downloaded this app but when I try to use it it tells me:
Global Field Creator
"Your license is not valid. Please purchase or get an evaluation license for Custom Fields."

Why?

I downloaded it with the trial period of 30 days...

I’m unsure TBH. It might somehow be related to being on Free Jira but wouldn’t think so. I would reach out to the app’s support - https://redmoonsoftware.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
