Custom Field "Account" set as required and locked in field configuration. However on some project it is mandatory but not mandatory on others.
Please can you see if this is a bug on your end.
A example project it is not mandatory is Automotive platform PSA

Are you using the same field configuration scheme, with the field configuration where the account field is set as required on all projects?
