I have been recently tasked to de-clutter the Jira board in my new organization. I am new to it wanted to have a layout for kanban as present in the screenshot. How can I achieve this?
I want the developers to add subtasks on the board quickly and when the click on the subtask they can provide more details in it
Jira doesnt have this look or layout out of the box.
There may be add-ons that might do something like this but i dont know one to inform you.
In jira we create subtasks inside the Story or Task, then we can configure the board to show lanes where, the story is the border and subtasks are shown above it.
Just like your exemple, is not possible without adding any add-on.
