Custom Action for parent links

Hello everybody,

For understanding what we do:
We are using Jira's Link->child of *story*-feature to bundle issues by assigning them to stories.

In our planning phase we only create the stories and estimate their time.

While developing we iteratively create issues and then assign them by clicking on Link -> child of -> selecting a story of the project. Then we have to subtract the same time from the story. 

The question:

Is there a way to do that automatically: Provide a field in the issue creation mask, that lets the user choose from all stories of the project and if one was selected sets it as parent of the issue and also subtracts the same time from that story as it was defined as Estimated on the issue?

If yes, is there a tutorial or docomentation on the skript language that can teach me how to do that?
