I am trying to create a new custom field which has 400 options in it. So instead of manually entering all the options, We thought import will help us to achieve this in a single shot.
When I tried to import, the system is prompting to enter the Summary field also. But I am trying to import a new field which is not yet linked to any ticket. This can be a future option while creating a ticket. I went through the community answers regarding the same and got an input that summary is required to import a CSV.
Please help us to find a solution to this issue.

Maybe this KB can help you with your problem
Summary is the only required column and that is why you need to provide it. Just create a dummy project with issues and you should load all the options to it then delete the project.
