Crowdsourcing

I am looking for a crowdsourcing platform. The idea is to post a challenge and to collect ideas from a crowd (e.g employees, students,...) Does Jira have any feature like that?

You could set up a Jira project with an issue type of "idea" and ask people to describe and discuss it there.

I've done something similar with a company - set up a project where any idea or suggestion was welcome, and then when something good came up, used the idea issue to inform the story in the right project.
