Quando eu mover minha task para Done, quero que apareça um poup chamado Resolução com um campo texto e uma lista de resolução. Como faço isso?

From what I understand, when a task is moved to Done, you want a pop-up window called "Resolution" with a text field where the user can enter the resolution. Is this correct?

For this, you can edit your Workflow. You could edit the transition Done and select a defined screen where you add a custom text field that will require someone to enter a comment there about how the issue was resolved. 

Otherwise, you can use the built-in resolution field which a user has to select a resolution from a list of options.
