Gostaria de saber se tem como criar campos personalizados no card a partir de um e-mail. Sei que quando cria o card pelo e-mail o assunto vira o nome da tarefa, o corpo do e-mail vira a descrição e também recebe os anexos, mas queria colocar um campo extra, como por exemplo o "nome do cliente", isso é possível, criar esse campo a partir do e-mail? Estou utilizando o Jira Software.

If you are looking to update a customField in Jira from an email, you would require to parse the email content somehow, therefore, you would require to do some coding.
That said, there are two add-ons in which provide this functionally among others:
It is a good practise raise Atlassian Community inquires in English. When submitting your inquire in Portuguese (BR), you will limit the chances of someone replying to it ;)
