I have a number of tickets in a queue in which there are different resources allocated to resolve. These tickets all have estimated efforts against them, and they all have differing due dates.
How can I create a "report" which I can show to management that shows that each of the resources has 'x' numbers of days/hours of work allocated to them and the associated due dates so that when attempting to allocate more work over the coming 10 days (for instance), and knowing that 'Bob' has 8.5days allocated so that one can only allocate 1.5days more of tasks to Bob before he is over allocated.
