Creating the tickets user has to get notify

Hi All,

While creating the issues on specific project/s user has to receive NOTIFICATION on the board. How do we go about this ?

I have created project Role to the user and added in Notification scheme under "Issue Created"Event client is reporting still user is not getting any notifications when creating the issues.

Your thoughts would be helpful!1

I am not sure is some one replied to my question? I haven't received any solution for this yet.
