Hello

Team1 - Jira Project 1

Team2 - Jira project 2

Each team need different fields and some of them required on an issue type "Story".

How we create such different versions of same issue type? Or another words I would like to set different screen schemes (with different fields) to the same issue type on the project 1 and project 2

Thanks

Jira field configurations are determined by the project and issue type, not the team or people using it.

But you can do this because you have the teams working in different projects.  That means you can do stuff like "In project 1, use config 1 for bugs and in project 2, use config 2 for bugs".

The issue type screen scheme is one of these configs that does that - it tells a project which configs to use for each issue type, so in your case, you'll need two - one for each project.
