Creating issues from confluence does not pop up in the jira project as an issue

when creating jira issue from confluence it does not shows in jira project on which it is tagged but this is not the same for other project .

Do I Need to change some settings on the Project ?

can you provide more info on this? are the projects of different types? can you provide screenshots?
