This project has 2 forms, both set as publicly accessible. My expectation here is when creating a rule using "Form Submitted", when I select the dropdown I should see the 2 forms listed, but "No options" is being displayed. This was first encountered over a week ago, so not related to any temporary issue and verified that multiple people including Jira Site administrators are experiencing the same problem. Additionally the "Forms" triggers were tried and all had empty dropdowns.
Hi Sean,
Is it possible that the JSM project you selected does not have any Advanced forms? The automation triggers for forms only applies to these advanced forms, not the built-in Request forms.
I appreciate your response! This is not a JSM project, its a Software project but I also tried it on a Work Management style project and the same result

That's why you will not see them then - those advanced forms used by the automation rules are only available in JSM projects.

Good to know! But I can say with certainty that one of the examples is not an advanced form, its a normal form created in the JWM project

Exactly - those forms will not show up for you to use with the Form submitted trigger in Automation. Only the Advanced forms.
