Creating an Automation to change original estimate depending on custom field selection

Hello Team,

Im trying to create an Automation to change original estimate depending on custom field selection this is the flow that i created 

its not working , i cannot figure why (my theory is that im putting the Hours to change bad) , please let me know if there any more information that you need

Hello @Anna Patrizia Molero 

Original estimate only needs numbers. If you put for example only 8, it will count it as 1d - which is 8 hours.
