When I create a task in the roadmap view, it does not reflect on the board.
However, creating a task in the board view (under the appropriate epic), does reflect on the roadmap view. I'm using a team-managed project, not company-managed one.
hi @Sameer Zaheer , welcome to the community.
I suspect that you're board filter that defines what is displayed on the board excludes those issues. As a basic example to further explain this consider the following board filter.
project = ABC and labels != test
In this example, any issues that have the label test will not be displayed on the board. However, if you were to create an issue on your road map view and add the label test to it it would be displayed there.
Could you go into the Board settings by clicking on the … in the upper right and look on the General page and provide the details of your board filter?
Thank you @[deleted] for the response. When I click the 3 dots "...", three option come up:
Which should I go into? Manage customer filters doesn't have anything in it.

Ok so then you are on a TMP project and my previous instructions were for CMP.
Where exactly on the roadmap are you creating the issue? Are you creating an Epic or task/story? Can you share a screenshot? Does the issue show in the Backlog? Do you possibly have filters applied to your board?

@Jack Brickey I am encountering the same issue.
When adding a task from the Roadmap, the tasks do not port to the Board.
If however that same task is added from the Board, it will show in the Roadmap.
Note that I have cleared all filters from the Board and the problem persists. When - from the filter-cleared board a task is added tho, it will be visible in the Roadmap. But Roadmap -> Board is broken.
(attached is a photo of the + icon I'm using to add tasks from the Roadmap)
Could this be a broader product bug?

@Alvise.Panfilo , have you checked the Backlog? This is where newly created issues will appear. They will not appear on the Board view until moved to the board within the backlog.

Hey @Jack Brickey that was the issue.
I had enabled the backlog feature and had not realised, so issues not being moved to the board from the backlog were not showing up.
Thanks
