In a Cloud version of JIRA I created a Project which has a KANBAN board, now when I am creating another KANBAN board under the same existing project the new board which created brings all the Issues from previous board (stories, tasks, sub-tasks, bugs).
How to avoid this situation as I need to create a new blank KANBAN board and add new epics, stories, etc. dedicated for this board.
@Prashant, a board is simply a 'filtered' view of issues. The issues that are displayed are governed first by the primary board filter (board setting > general) and any temporary quick filters you might create (board settings > quick filters). So if you don't want issues of certain conditions to be displayed on a board you need to ensure your board filter reflects these desires.
To be clear issues don't belong to boards they belong to projects. So if the two boards represent the same project then the issues will appear on both unless you specifically change the filter. Example, maybe the second board you would add "AND createddate > 2018/02/02". The question for me is why do you want to exclude the issues on the second board. Answering that question will drive us to the final solution.

Thank you Jack for quick response.
The idea for excluding issues on second board under same project as in our organization we would like to setup a project and use at a 'program' level and then create multiple separate boards (as a project) under that program to track issues (tasks/activities).
So when we setup a new board under same project, a new KANBAN or Scrum board should be setup as a new board and then people should start creating their stories, tasks, etc.

If you want them under the same project then I suggest using Components field to delineate the different programs. I would also set the Components field to be required at the time of issue creation in this case. Then your board filters will include "AND Component = xxxxx" or "AND Component in (xxxxx, yyyyy, zzzzz).

The question, for me, is the right question but I need a different answer.
I have a project with a board, and I want to add a second board. I've done this many times before with the old UI using the "Create Board" function. Under the new UI I can't find this anymore!
Has "Create Board" moved?
Thanks!
