Hello,
I have a question about Created Issue vs Resolved Issue.
Below is our Project SFMA's Chart.
We only have a data for issues "Created". However the number of issues "Resolved" are zero.
Also, below is the Data Table.
Data, only have "Created" no "Resolved"
Do you know the reason?
Question 1
Is there a way how to count Resolved also?
Question 2
Resolved data for already generated entries is not counted, so it appears to be missing. If I learn how to count Resolved data(Question1), is there a way to update Resolved data for existing issues in bulk?

This usually tells us that your workflow is not set up to set a resolution on the issue when you close it. Your workflow should set a resolution either with a post-function or popping a screen that has resolution on it when moving to a status that you consider to be done, and clear it when re-opening.

Hello !
Thank you for your answer.
Below is our workflow.
Also, below is the viewing of SFMA Project's "workflow - test"
Please guide me on the details of setting up Jira as an administrator. I don't have much experience with Jira administration.

Also, if you see the below image, we set the status "Closed" to add the category same status kind like a "Done"
I really don't know why our project couldn't count resolution.

The status is not what you need to look at. As I said, you need to look at the resolution. You need to add screens or post-functions to the workflow to handle resolution when you go between "done" and "not done" status.
