Outlook Inbox has been set to move emails to an Internal Only Use Service Desk. When we are responding back thru the Service Desk where we have to attach a file the user gets the prompts to click on the like to add themselves as a user. This box is for internal use only, we do not need our customer creating tickets in this box. How can I send an attachment that they can read? Please advise,
