Please note that we'er not Atlassian and have no access to your Cloud site.

Sure, here are the exact steps:

1. I went to https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira 
2. I clicked the 'Get it free' button in the header
3. I entered my site name in the form:  vsanyinclude.artisan.net (200 OK)
4. I clicked the 'Continue' button
5. I got this error:
Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: Trace ID: d5f17ec3417a48e79d42ade701b3b067)
