Create task from email

Hello guys ! 

We have a project where we

We have a project in Jira in which we previously sent an email to an address and a task was created in the project. Currently, that functionality stopped working and I am not able to find the configuration for it.

Are you using a JSM or Jira project?

In JSM, check the email settings on the project.

In Jira project, this is by incoming mail handlers, this is set in the global settings in Jira.

I think i'm using Jira proyect, but i could not find the global setting of the incoming mail

Hi @mbeltramo 

This setting is under the cog wheel, this requires to have Jira Administration permissions or higher.

If you can see this option, contact your Jira Admin

I have all configured. but i sent an email and no task is created under the project.

When i send an email and try it i receive a message that no message is on the inbox

and on that inbox we have this mail ready to be read
