I need to configure the flow that will create issues and comments from email. I have the Site Admin role now but I do not see Mail -> Incoming Mail under System. What is the Jira user role required to configure incoming mail? Or is there a different reason other than role limitations?

Hello Mikhail,
I think this is due to the fact that you are using a Free Atlassian licensing plan.
The Standard licensing plan allows you to access this Mail -> Incoming mail menu and to configure the email issues creation.
