Create incoming email eater using O365 mailbox and service account

Hi Guys, 

Need your help in setting up email eater  in jira . When mailboxes were on exchange server it was fine service account able to access mailbox but now mailbox migrates to O365 and email eater is throwing connection failed error . Kindly suggest how to connect O365 mailbox using service account or any other account or any other method which works fine .
