Hi , my project user found that he's missing "Create" button (on the top menu). This issue is happening on only a specific board. Any idea to fix this problem ?? Thankssss
All, Thank you for your answer. I just found out that they were using Fullscreen mode, already disable and it's fixed!! Can't see the forest for the trees :3

The user should have a role that allows them to create issues in the project(s) the board is part of. Roles are defined in the Permission Scheme that is used for the project. Multiple user roles could be given the power to create issues.
Kind regards,
Dick

Welcome @Laddawan P
Is that user a board administrator for that board? If not, they will not be able to create new boards.

Hi,
Many thanks for your response.
The user is not an admin, however they just wanted to create a new issue, as usual, but the top menu has all gone from his view and it happened only one specific kanban board, other board they're still able to see the button.

Okay, does that user have the Create issues permission for that project?

Of cause, they have project admin rights, and they can see & create new issue from other boards. This menu bar is missing from the board I mentioned that they're facing the issue.

Does the filter query of the "malfunctioning" board query issues of projects where the user has no creation rights?
Kind regards,
Dick
