I want to add the 'Create issue' button in the first column of my board. This works well for Jira Software boards. However, as soons as I create a bord that shows items from a Jira Service Management project, the button disappears.
I followed all requirements that are mentioned in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-86545:

JSM is different in that normally tickets are created from the Portal/email/chat/widget, and not via the internal create button. So what you see is expected, mainly because JSM is using a request form that can be different from what you see when using the internal Create+.
