Create an issue with conditional output

I want to create issue that when I choose different combo box  data I get different fields

for example

I have a form with field "OS", I want to get different rest of the form in dןfferent choice such as 

1) IOS

2) Android

3) Windows

For each different set of fields you want, create a different issue type and give them each their own field contexts (and probably screen schemes)

i already created different screen schem 

but how to actually do it ? 

Again when I crate an issue with firls OS I want a dynamic different set of option

The issue type screen scheme selected for the project determines what set of screens are used for each issue type.  Create a new issue type screen scheme and set the project to use it.

For different selections in the same field, you will need to create different "contexts" for the field from Admin -> Custom fields - each context can have a different set of options
