Hey Guys its me again ^^
i know that you can create a Webhook with a specific JQL, so i can search for specific Ticket. I will use Okta Workflows For the Automation and not Jira !
Can i also extract the Reporter name / email from the Webhook and the requested access (which is a custom field)?
My goal is to use the Webhook as a way to get the Reporter and the Requested Access, to search for the User in Okta and add him to the group we use to grant access to the Application requested in the Jira Ticket.
i plan to do it with Okta Workflows in which you can chosse Jira as a Event trigger.
Do you guys think this is possible with a Webhook?
below are some Screenshot just to cause less confusion ^^
Thanks for your Help ^^
Cheers,
Hürkan
