Create a search for issues that have an AND clause for labels, status, etc.

I am trying to return Issues that have two labels "equipment" AND "improvement". I can't seem to make this work with a normal Boolean search.

What am I missing?

Should be

Labels = equipment and labels = improvement

Is that what you've tried?
