Create a project performance dash board

Trying to create a project performance dashboard but I unable to make it. Need help on this and need steps to create the project performance dashboard.

Are you looking for any specific metrics to track? Jira ships with some default gadgets that you can add to the dashboard, but whether they suit your needs depends on what exactly you want to measure. There are also many apps that extend the available gadgets. As an example, you can see Agile Dashboard for Project Management that we have developed. It adds additional dashboard gadgets that can measure estimations accuracy or point problematic issues.
