Our organisation using JIRA cloud to track the issue and requirement,
we would like to use/ integrate JIRA with the application also, so end user can also report an issue by JIRA,
I am looking for,
1 -- is the mandatory for all the user to have a user id , or can there be any master user,
2 -- Are there any endpoints available which I can use to create the issue ?
