Hello! I need to make a view to easily see the tickets per customer (it's a tag).
Ideal would be a column per customer with the open ticket.
But I can only find a Kanban view where the columns represent the ticket status. Can you tell me which settings I should use?

I recommend creating a dashboard using the "Two Dimensional Filter Statistics" gadget. For the x-axis, you can use the customer tag field, and for the y-axis, you can set the issue status. This setup should help you visualize the data effectively.

How many customers are you servicing? More than 10? If it's 10 or less, then you could create a quick filter per customer and select that quick filter to only show issues for that customer.
Are you using a kanban board in a Jira Software project? Is it a company-managed project?
